לפני עשר שנים, "איפה הרוסים" הייתה שאלה שנישאה בפי כל. הטרנדים החברתיים והפוליטיים שלהם נותחו, מקומה של ההגירה במציאות הישראלית נידון, המפלגות חיזרו אחריהם. זה היה כשזיכרון חלקם בניצחונם של אהוד ברק ויצחק רבין עוד היה טרי. אבל עשרים שנה אחרי גל ההגירה הגדול שבעקבותיו אחוז דוברי הרוסית בארץ צמח למספרים דומים לזה של דוברי הערבית, הם קוטלגו כמצויים עמוק בכיסו של ליברמן, כאויבים של כל הנאור והנכון, אלו מביניהם שהשמיעו קולות אחרים נתפסו כחריגים שאינם מייצגים קול משמעותי בקהילה ונעלמו מהשיח. כחלק מהמחלה הישראלית של החלפת הדמוקרטיה בדמוגרפיה דוברי הרוסית, כמו הדתיים, כמו המזרחים, נצבעו כולם בצבע הכוח הפוליטי המאורגן וההגמוני ביותר בקרבם ותפקידם האפשרי של החלקים הלא מבוטלים שיכולים להיות שותפים לשינוי פוליטי נשכח ונזנח.
כנקודת פתיחה, כך אני מקווה, לדיון מחודש במקומם הנוכחי של דוברי הרוסית בציבוריות הישראלית ומה שיותר חשוב, באפשרויות שגלומות בהם בעתיד, הלכתי לראיין את ח"כ לשעבר רומן ברונפמן. מאז שהיגר בשנת 1980, ברונפמן עשה מסלול שעבר בכל המוקדים המרכזיים בציבוריות הישראלית. צבא, אקדמיה, חברה אזרחית, פוליטיקה ארצית ועכשיו, המגזר העסקי. וכשמהגר חוצה את כל הצמתים האלו, הוא כנראה מגיע למצב שבו שווה לשמוע את מה שיש לו להגיד.
חצי חצי
מר ברונפמן, אנחנו יושבים במשרד שלך בקומה ה-25 של עזריאלי. האם אתה מרגיש מחובר מספיק למה שקורה שם למטה?
שאלה לעניין, וחיכיתי לה. אני אמנם יושב בקומה ה-25 אבל לא מזוהה עם ההון כפי שהוא מצטייר. אני גר בדירה שכורה, מושך משכורת צנועה, נוסע בתחבורה ציבורית ומסתובב ברחוב. גם כח"כ, לא הייתי מנותק. מספר הטלפון הפרטי שלי היה גלוי לציבור ואני רואה את עצמי כאחד מהעם.
בזמן האחרון, לא מדברים על מה שקורה בציבור דובר הרוסית. מה קרה?
היום יש בציבור דובר הרוסית נציג אחד, בולט ומסוכן, שזה ליברמן ומפלגתו. קולות אחרים קיימים, אבל לא נשמעים. כיום מכהנות בכנסת שתי ח"כיות מהמרכז שמאלה, מרינה סולודקין ונינו אבסדזה וקולן לא נשמע. הן נשאלות שאלות בענייני עלייה וקליטה בהתאם לסטריאוטיפים של התקשורת והשמאל. אבסדזה מתעסקת בנושאים אחרים, כמו זכויות הלהטב"ק, וזה מתפרסם. אף אחד לא שואל אותה על דעותיה בנושא המדיני. בנושא זה, יש רק קול אחד שנחשב כמייצג את הקהילה.
היום, יש בקהילה כ-25% שלא יצביעו בשביל ליברמן בשום מקרה כי זה נוגד את כל מה שהם מאמינים בו. עוד 25% הם קולות צפים, והשאר תומכים בליברמן ומאמינים בדרכו.
כלומר, חצי מדוברי הרוסית מחויבים לליברמן והחצי השני לא.

גורלם העגום של רוסים בשמאל הישראלי
שמתי לב, אפרופו אבסדזה, שכשמישהי כמו אנסטסיה מיכאלי מטנפת על ההומוסקסואלים היא נתפסת כמייצגת את דוברי הרוסית ואבסדזה, שהקימה את השדולה לקיום זכויותיהם, לא נתפסת כמדברת מתוך הקהילה ומייצגת קול בה. למה?
אני לא רוצה לדבר בשמה. אני חושב שאבסדזה תמיד ניסתה להתרחק מהזיהוי הרוסי ולהשתלב בספירה הישראלית. אני ניסיתי להחזיק את שני הדברים. נשלחתי לכנסת כנציג הקהילה אבל ניסיתי לתפוס גם עמדה שפונה לציבור הישראלי כולו. זה קשה להחזיק את שני הדברים ולכן אנשים בורחים מהשילוב הזה.
למה נכנסת לפוליטיקה (במפלגת 'ישראל בעלייה')?
נכנסתי עקב צורך. הגנה על הקהילה. בסוף שנות התשעים הייתה תקופה בעיתית מאוד מבחינת העלייה. הגיעה מאסה גדולה של אנשים וישראל הייתה בלתי ערוכה באופן טוטאלי לקלוט אותם. אז בהתחלה היה ירח דבש, אבל כבר ב-94 הייתה התפכחות הדדית. באנו מכל מני מקומות. אני הגעתי מהעבודה, אחרים הגיעו ממפלגות ימין. חשבנו שנוכל לייצג את הציבור ברמה הקהילתית וזמן מה עשינו זאת, לא יודע אם באופן משביע רצון אבל באופן סביר. ואז הגיעה ההתפרקות. ליברמן הקים מפלגה, יורי שטרן הצטרף, יולי אדלשטיין הלך לליכוד ואני התחברתי למרצ כסיעה עצמאית.
הריצה המשותפת עם מרצ היא סוג של יציאה מהפוליטיקה המגזרית והצטרפות למפלגה ישראלית מבוססת ומגובשת. איך זה היה?

היה רעיון טוב לצרף אותו?
חשבתי שכל חיזוק לשמאל זה רעיון טוב. עד היום אני חושב שכל חיזוק לשמאל באמצעות פתיחת דלתות זה רעיון טוב וההצטרפות שלי הייתה סוג של פתיחת דלתות. וזה לא היה פשוט. אני יכול להגיד שלולא יוסי שריד, שולמית אלוני וביילין, לא הייתי רץ עם מרצ. הם התעקשו על זה בניגוד לדעתם של כל השאר שהתנגדו.
מי התנגד, הח"כים האחרים?
ממש כולם. שריד הוביל את המהלך על אפם ועל חמתם של הח"כים האחרים, חברי ההנהלה, ממש כולם.
למה?
זאת בדיוק הזרות. אני הייתי מבחינתם מישהו חדש, ועוד מישהו שרץ ביחד עם אנשי ימין. זה עורר חשדנות שהיא טבעית בסך הכול, ולזה מצטרפת החשדנות הכללית כלפי רוסים. וגם כשבסופו של דבר התקבלתי והייתי במקום החמישי ברשימה, כל יום ספרו לי קולות שכן הבאתי או לא הבאתי.
היית מבחינתם קבחן קולות?
בהחלט.
אחרי ששריד עזב והמשבר במרצ העמיק, ניסיתי להוביל מהלך בשמאל של איחוד כל הכוחות. פניתי לקבוצות שמאל רדיקלי שהסתובבו הרבה בשטח, ירוקים למיניהם, הצעירים של מרצ שלא היו מרוצים מהתפקוד של המפלגה, הרוסים של השמאל, אבל לא הצלחתי.
למה?
לאנשים יש אגו מפותח מאוד. במיוחד אצל פוליטיקאים, במיוחד אצל פוליטיקאים ישראלים ובאופן חמור במיוחד אצל פוליטיקאים ותיקים כלפי פוליטיקאים חדשים. זאת מחלה שמונעת מהפוליטיקה הישראלית לתפקד בצורה טובה. אז אמרתי לעצמי שעשיתי מה שיכולתי, הגיע זמן למתוח קו ומתחתי קו.
יש כוונה לחזור?
לא עובר חודש בלי הצעה של מפלגה או תנועה כלשהי. אני לא חושב שאחזור. אדם לא יכול להיכנס לאותו נהר פעמיים. המים זרמו בצורה מסוימת מאוד בשנות התשעים, החיבור שלי לפוליטיקה היה טבעי מאוד, אני חושב שהייתי בולט ועשיתי עבודה טובה אבל לא חושב שאעשה זאת שוב.
משבר לאורך ולרוחב
לאן ישראל הולכת?
ישראל במשבר עמוק מאוד. המשבר הוא בתחום הלאומי, הדמוקרטי, הדמוגרפי, החברתי – לא כ"כ בתחום הכלכלי אלא דווקא בתחום החברתי. אני לא רואה שום אופק שבו ישראל יוצאת מזה. אם הייתי רואה הייתי מתגייס, אבל אני לא רואה.
מה לגבי אופק תיאורטי?
אין הרבה אפשרויות. היחידה כנראה היא לכונן סוג של פדרציה דו-לאומית במדינה אחת מהירדן עד הים אבל אנחנו ממילא זורמים לכיוון הזה. גם מסקנות הועדה של אדמונד לוי קובעות את זה. אם אין כיבוש יש סיפוח, אם יש סיפוח יש זכויות פוליטיות למסופחים.
לא בהכרח. ישראל יכולה לספח את שטחי C וליצור לפלסטינים "תחום מושב" כמו ברוסיה הצארית. הפלסטינים יחיו במובלעות שלהם, תהיה להם אוטונומיה מוניציפאלית בלי זכות הגדרה עצמית וזה סוף הסיפור.
זאת תיאוריה ישנה שחוזרת על עצמה שוב ושוב מאז שנות השבעים, של חמישה-שישה בנטוסטאנים, כמה שנצליח לפרק אותם. אבל זה כבר מאוחר מדי בשביל הסידור הזה, בגלל התקשורת. ואני לא מדבר על תקשורת כמו ידיעות אחרונות אלא לסולידריות שנבנתה בין בני אדם בשנים האחרונות על גבי האינטרנט והרשתות החברתיות.
השמורה הסובייטית בישראל
איך אתה מגדיר את מצבו של הציבור דובר הרוסית בהנחה שיש 'ציבור' כזה?
יש ציבור כזה אבל הוא הולך וקטן. הנה אנחנו למשל, יכולים לנהל את השיחה הזאת ברוסית אבל מנהלים אותה בעברית. בהתחשב במאפיינים של הציבור, נכון יותר להגיד 'דוברי סובייטית' מאשר 'דוברי רוסית'. זאת לא רק שפה אלא הלך מחשבה. אני תמיד אומר שבישראל יש את השמורה הסובייטית הגדולה בעולם. דוברי רוסית בגרמניה, בארה"ב או בקנדה לא מחזיקים במאפיינים כאלה. אפילו מדינות ברה"מ לשעבר עברו תהליכי דמוקרטיזציה, תהליכי משבר, תהליכי זהות. השמורה הסובייטית בישראל לא עברה שום דבר.
זאת בעצם מושבה סובייטית שיש לה חשיבה מאוד מסוימת, פחדים מאוד מסוימים וניתוק מאוד מסוים גם מהמציאות הישראלית וגם ממדינת האם. וזאת בעיה. לאנשים מהשמורה יש זכות הצבעה והם מצביעים לליברמן.
ומה קורה עם אותו חצי מדוברי הרוסית שלא מצביע לליברמן?
מחפש. מחפש זהותית, מחפש תרבותית, מחפש לשונית ומחפש פוליטית. והחצי הזה מאוד מאוד מגוון ופרוס לרוחב כל הקשת הפוליטית. החל מהימין הקיצוני וכלה בחד"ש.
את החצי הראשון קל לאפיין. הוא מגיע מהחשיבה הפוסט-סובייטית המעוותת. בסופו של דבר, המשטר שם הצליח ליצור את ה"הומו-סובייטיקוס". אבל החצי השני נהיה חופשי וביקורתי. הוא למד עברית, למד תקשורת ולמד לקרוא בין השורות. זאת גם הסיבה שכל כך קשה "לתפוס" אותו פוליטית. הוא כל כך מגוון, וכל כך ביקורתי, שהוא מתלבט ביסודו. אבל במונחי הצבעה, החצי הזה נמצא ברובו במרכז המפה הפוליטית.
מה גורם למישהו להיות החצי הזה או בחצי האחר?
זה שילוב של כל כך הרבה גורמים שאי אפשר לענות על השאלה הזאת. החל בנסיבות אישיות ותכונות אופי וכלה בענייני חיבור ליהדות וסוג היהדות שהתחברו אליה עוד שם. האם מדובר, למשל, בחוזרים בתשובה ממוסקבה שהתחברו עם רעיונות משיחיים או היהדות של הקהילות היהודיות במערב אוקראינה…
מערב אוקראינה זה הארדקור.
ההארדקור של הליברליזם. המקום בו נולדתי, צ'רנוביץ', היה הבירה היהודית של האימפריה האוסטרו-הונגרית. יש שם את בית הכנסת השני בגודלו באירופה אחרי ברלין וזה בית כנסת רפורמי!
ממה שאני שמעתי, מערב אוקראינה זה ההארד קור של הלאומנות דווקא. האוכלוסיה האוקראינית שם נחשבת הלאומנית ביותר.
זה נכון, אבל הם לאומנים שיודעים לכבד לאומים אחרים. בשביל לכבד את הלאומיות של האחר, אתה חייב להיות לאומי בעצמך. אז כשיש לך אוכלוסיה אוקראינית לאומית ואוכלוסיה יהודית לאומית, אז הן יכולות לחיות ביחד לא כל כך רע, אם הן מבינות שהן נמצאות באותה סירה.
המושבה הסובייטית שהזכרת תהיה איתנו גם בדור הבא?
סוציולוגית, ההשתייכות הפוליטית משתנה על ציר הזמן ועם היכולת הכלכלית. העלייה של שהות השבעים למשל התחילה מהצבעה לתחייה והיום פרוסה לכל רוחב הקשת הפוליטית עד מרצ.
העלייה של שנות התשעים, לעומת זאת, הסתגרה בתוך עצמה. היא הבינה שהיא יכולה לספק את הצרכים התרבותיים, הכלכליים והפוליטיים של עצמה. ויש לה מפלגה משלה. ושם, האידיאולוגיה לא חשובה, מה שחשוב זה שהיא "משלהם".
אז השמורה לא תהיה איתנו בדור הבא. קודם כל, יש את תסמונת הדור השני כמו אצל המזרחים. יהיו עיותים מסוימים, פחדים ומחלות, אבל לא במידה כזאת. תוך עשרים שנה, השמורה תיעלם.
אתה בעצם אומר שהציבור דובר הרוסית עובר תהליך של ליברליזציה.
כן, אבל איטי. ולא אלו שהגיעו בשנות התשעים. הם עדיין מחזיקים בסט הערכים הלאומני והטוטליטרי וחושבים שהקהילה יכולה לספק את צרכי עצמה. הבעיה כאן טמונה בוותיקי העלייה של שנות התשעים. במיוחד אלו שהגיעו בגיל מתקדם, שלא למדו עברית, שלא למדו להסתדר, שפזורים בפריפריה. הם מנותקים והם כואבים וזו לא אשמתם. חשוב לי להגיד את זה. זו טרגדיה.
כשליברמן פגש של אלי ישי
תשאל כל ישראלי ברחוב והוא יגיד לך שדוברי הרוסית ימנים יותר מהשאר, אבל ממה שאתה אומר, אין הבדל.
לא אמרתי שיש הבדל, פשוט דיברנו על הרוסים. הם אכן נוטים יותר ימינה אבל ההבדל אכן לא גדול. בעשור האחרון, כל הציבור היהודי עבר תהליך של הקצנה.
מה שקורה בחלק הפוסט-סובייטי של הציבור הרוסי התחבר עם מה שקורה בציבור הישראלי ויצר את מה שאני מכנה "כשליברמן פגש את ישי". זה מפגש של שני כוחות אנטי-דמוקרטיים. האחד חושב שדמוקרטיה זה מיותר והשני חושב שאין דמוקרטיה כי יש אלוהים והחיבור הזה הוא הדבר שמסוכן לישראל.
היינו יכולים להסתדר עם החרדים והדתיים אם רוסים לא היו מחזקים אותם. הליכוד הוא הבסיס לקואליציה הזאת, וגם הוא לא מאופיין בליברליות יתרה אבל לפחות מדבר על ערכים דומים לזה שלהישראלי הממוצע. אבל כאן יש ברית בין שתי קבוצות גדולות שבכלל לא נמצאות במשחק הדמוקרטי.
אבל יש חתול שחור בין דוברי הרוסית לימין הדתי. לפחות שליש מדוברי הרוסית לא מוגדרים כיהודים לפי ההלכה ועבור הדתיים זה עקרוני שהם יתגיירו, אבל את דוברי הרוסית לא מעניינת ההלכה והאנשים האלה לא הולכים להתגייר.
נכון. זה באמת סוג של חתול שחור. הרוסים הגיעו מתוקף חוק השבות שהוא חוק חילוני. אמנם אנטי-ערבי, אבל ליברלי יחסית בתוך היהדות. והחוק הזה הביא אותם למדינה שבה הנושא הזה מתנהל ע"י הרבנות לפי חוקי ההלכה.
העניין הזה מתפוצץ כל הזמן אבל מה שקורה לאחרונה זה שהנפגעים מכך בתוך הציבור הרוסי מסתגרים בתוך עצמם. אותם 300,000 נמצאים בסוג של הגירה פנימית. מה שלא מפריע להם להיות לאומנים אגב, הם מחפשים אחיזה כלשהי בישראליות ומגלים שהם לפחות לא ערבים וזה מחזיר אותם לידי הימין. זה מין סולם כזה שבו אנשים לא מחפשים את המקום השוויוני אלא את מי שאפשר לדרוך עליו כדי לטפס למעלה.
יש דרך לשבור את זה?
זאת שאלה של מנהיגות. זה אפשרי כשיש מנהיג מסוגו של רבין שלא היה טלית שכולה תכלת אבל היה סולידרי ושוויוני, פשוט ורגיש באופן יחסי. היום אין מישהו כזה. המנהיגים של היום מתפרנסים משנאה וזה חוזר אליהם כמו בומרנג. כשכולם מטעינים את העם בשנאה, הם מקבלים את השנאה בחזרה. תראה מה קורה רק בשנה האחרונה, הומוסקסואלים, חרדים, ערבים, פליטים, כל קבוצה שאפשר לבודד, מודרת החוצה.
מה עם השתתפות דוברי הרוסית במאבק החברתי?
המאבק לא מתנהל נכון. זאת כבר שיחה נפרדת, אבל בגדול, מדובר במאבק של הקונצנזוס שמצא את עצמו נדחק מהשלטון. אלו הילדים והנכדים של האליטה שהבינו שהשלטון כבר לא אצלם, לא רוצים לעזוב את ישראל אבל מרגישים לא רצויים בה. ומהבחינה הזאת זה מאבק אמיתי, אבל לא באמת מאבק חברתי, לא במובן הסוציו-אקונומי של המילה, אלא מאבק זהותי. בגלל זה הפריפריה, הערבים וגם הרוסים מתקשים להתחבר אליו. הם לא איבדו את השלטון כי הם עוד אף פעם לא היו בשלטון.

מנהלי: היום הבלוג חוגג שנתיים לעלייתו לאוויר. מקובל לנפק סטטיסטיקות במקרים כאלו אבל הפעם האחרונה שבדקתי הייתה בדיוק לפני שנה, והחלטתי שאני לא רוצה להיות מונע משיקולי רייטינג אלא לכתוב מה שמתאים לי לכתוב ולא מה שמתאים לאנשים לקרוא. אם לשפוט לפי כמות השיתופים, שאותם אני כן רואה, זה עושה טוב גם לרייטינג.
בשנה השניה כתבתי פחות מהשנה הראשונה, בעיקר בגלל שאני פחות מובטל לשמחתי והבנאדם צריך להתפרנס. מודה לקוראים, לתורמים לתחזוקת הבלוג ובעיקר למגיבים, שבלעדיהם הפלטפורמה של "בלוג" לא שווה הרבה, אז תגיבו יותר במטותא.

לגופו של פוסט, אני חושב שהמגמות הפוליטיות שהתפתחו במגזר הרוסי נובעות מכל מיני זרמים היסטוריים תת קרקעיים ובמידה מסויימת הן היו אולי בילתי נמנעות. ועם זאת המגזר הרוסי ממחיש בצורה חדה את השלומיאליות הפוליטית שמאפיינת את השמאל בארץ כבר שנות דור, איכשהו הם תמיד מפספסים את ההזדמנויות להרחיב את הבסיס שלהם, איכשהו תמיד חסר חזון/אומץ/תכנון/מסגרת פוליטית מתאימה/שכל ישר כדי לקדם באופן אמיתי את האג'נדה הליברלית ולהעצים את הכוח והאלקטורט שלהם.
אני מודה שאחת התהיות הקבועות שלי היא – אם השמאל נחשב (בעיני עצמו לפחות) לכ"כ משכיל ואינטילגנטי ומעמיק ומתוחכם ומודע ורגיש (לפחות ביחסית לימין), איך למען השם הימין מקרקס אותו פוליטית כבר כ"כ הרבה שנים? איך השמאל ומוקדי הכוח שלו הפסידו מגזר של מיליון מצביעים פוטנציאלים כמעט בלי קרב?
התשובה פשוטה. השמאל לא יותר חכם.
הבעיה היא ,בדיוק זו- השמאל חושב שהוא חכם, ולכן יש לו יתרון על האחרים. וזה במיוחד היה נכון בשנות ה-90 כשהוא היה בשיא כוחו. העולים קיבלו יחס כל כך מזלזל מהשמאל, שגם ככה הגיעו ממדינה שבה השמאל (ובעיקר הסוציאליזם) היה אחראי לכל הזוועות. הימין התחבר לרבים מהם לימין הדיסידנטי הרוסי, מה שהפך לעוד יותר נכון אחרי רצח רבין, והיחס שרבין ותהליך השלום זכו לו בשנים הראשונות לאחר מכן ("סבא לנין").
הדת אגב, הייתה גם חלק מזה. אמנם רוב הרוסים רחוקים מהדת אבל היה להם (אולי כבר לא) יחס אוהד לדת בכלל (תראה למשל את הפופולריות של בולגקוב).
טוב, בולגקוב שנא את האתאיזם בגרסתו הסובייטית (בצדק, ת'כלס), אבל גם היחס שלו לדת מורכב משהו. אני חושב על הפגישה בין השטן למתי על הגג, למשל. בכל אופן, רוב דוברי הרוסית פה די אנטי לדת היהודית בגרסתה המקומית, והסיבות שלהם טובות.

ממה שאני רואה, יותר מאשר נטייה לדת יש נטייה לאמונה, מסורת, פולקלור ואמונות טפלות, שזה בריא למדי לטעמי במינונים הנכונים. הבעיה היא שקשה מאוד להתחבר לדברים האלה מהצד היהודי אם זה לא רץ כמסורת אצלך במשפחה, ולרובם זה לא רץ עקב הנסיבות ההיסטוריות.
הפגישה עם נציגי הדת המקומיים (כן, גם "המחבקים" למיניהם) מעוררת לרוב סלידה עמוקה ועל פולקלור רוסי/נוצרי די ניטראלי, מחולן לעיתים ובלתי מזיק ברובו חוטפים פה על הראש. אז הסנטימנט האמוני נשאר ולעיתים קרובות הולך לתחליף החילוני לדת בצורת לאומנות. זה מה שליברמן ואם תרצו מציעים. זה רדוד ומעפן, אבל כנראה יותר טוב מכלום.

מניסיוני כימני לשעבר, הייתי אומר שהימין פשוט מרגיש נכון. השמאל מרגיש אליטיסטי, כזה ששולט על המדינה מההתחלה. מפא"י היא צל חיוור של המפלגה בבריה"מ, וגם כשהימין בשלטון נראה כאילו השמאל הוא השולט דרך בג"צ\תקשורת (העליהום התקשורתי על ביבי בכהונה הראשונה למשל). הניסיון לכפות על כולם את דרך ה"שלום" אחרי רצח רבין. ואני יכול עוד להמשיך.
הימין באמת הזכיר את הדיסידנטים הרוסים- מושתק (כמו שאמרתי, אחרי רצח רבין), מציג גישה שקולה בנושאי ביטחון וכלכלה.
מאז התפכחתי והבנתי שזאת רק התחושה שלי. הימין משחק בכלכלה באותה מידה שהשמאל שיחק בה ובנושאי ביטחון יש רצף מהעבודה עד לאיחוד הלאומי. וזה שהשמאל מרגיש מגעיל לא אומר שאין צדק בחלק מהטענות שלו. אז אני עדיין יותר קפיטליסט (אבל לא ניאו-ליברל) מאשר סוציאליסט, אני עדיין שמרן במידה מסויימת בנושאי ביטחון (אם כי אני תמיד חשבתי שההתנחלויות הם רעיון גרוע). אבל אני לא מוכן לוותר על הנושאים החברתיים, על הרצון למנהל תקין למערכת ציבורית מתפקדת.
אני חושב שהימין יושב על כמה תחושות וצרכים אנושיים בסיסיים מאוד. הצורך בקהילה, הגאווה במי ומה שאתה, המוכנות לכסח את מי שמאיים עליך אם צריך וכיו"ב. אין שום דבר רע בדברים האלה כשלעצמם (תלוי מה עושים אתם) ואין בהם שום דבר שסותר ערכי "שמאל". רק שהימין בארץ ניכס את הנ"ל והשמאל, כמו ילד כאפות טיפוסי, החליט שאם הוא לא יוכל להיות כמו כולם, אז הוא יהיה ההיפך.
"ילד כאפות"? באמת? מה קרה, "קורבן אונס" או "ניצול שואה" לא מכוערים מספיק?
הם מכוערים מדי. ילד כאפות זה בסדר.
לא לילד.
או לכל אחד אחר, בעצם. ביטוי מכוער ובריוני.

אני מקווה שתקשורת בינלאומית והשתחררות מדפוסים סובייטיים (שאותם יש גם לישראלים ילידי הארץ!!)יחברו רבים יותר לרעיונות של שוויון אזרחי , חופש הבעת דעה וסובלנות.

הייתי דווקא רוצה להגיב למה שנאמר פה על הפריפריה.
בתור תושב הפריפריה (לשעבר…כרמיאל אם נהיה מדויקים), בהחלט הרגשתי נטע זר בהפגנות שנה שעברה, ולאלו של השנה אפילו לא טרחתי להגיע, ולא בגלל שאני חושב שהמצב הכלכלי והחברתי השתפר פלאים אלא לדעתי מתוך איזה תחושת עלבון שקשה היה לי לזהות- בעצם הכביש רווי התאונות שאיתו נסעתי הביתה, סגירה של בתי ספר (תבדקו: בחמש השנים האחרונות בכרמיאל נסגרו 2 בתי ספר יסודיים ותיכון אחד), הבריחה של הצעירים מהעיר, ההתחרדות הזוחלת שמגובה במחסור במקומות עבודה לא עיניינו אף אחד עד שלא צעקו שיש בעיות בתל-אביב. זה הרגיש לי כאילו את המקום שממנו באתי מאכלסים (בתודעה השלטונית) קוטרים מקצועיים, שהתלונות שלהם הם מעין רעש רקע למדינה.
יכול להיות שזה איזה בעיה אישית שלי, אבל העובדה שלא טורחים אפילו להגיד הצפון והדרום אלא הפריפריה גורמת לי להרגיש שכל השיח הזה הוא מעלי.
הדיון הפוליטי התלאביבצנטרי מרחיק אנשים מהפריפריה, ולדעתי לרוב קשה מאוד להסביר לעצמך אפילו למה אתה מרגיש שזה לא קשור אליך, גם אם נאמרים שם כל הדברים הנכונים.
אני לא חושב שזאת תחושה אישית, אלא תחושה די כללית.

דווקא אני אוהב מאוד את הגליל, הרבה יותר מכל אזור אחר.
וחוץ מזה אני ממש לא רואה פסול בפיזור אוכלוסיה. בסופו של יום כולם נהנו מהעניין- השטח שעליו קמה כרמיאל היה מ48' עד 65' מחנה צבאי של גדוד 17 של ביסלמ"ח.
כרמיאל מספקת עבודה ומגורים ומשמשת מרכז מוניציפלי לאוכלוסיה די גדולה.
אני לא חושב שכרמיאל שקמה בהתחלה כאופציית דיור לזוגות צעירים שרובם באו מעכו הקריות וחיפה היא לא חלק מהתפתחות טבעית של אוכלוסיה (קראו לתוכנית ייהוד הגליל, היום היו נותנים לזה שם אחר).

חיפה היא באמת מרכז ולא פריפריה. היא פחות מרכז מתל אביב, אבל היא לא באר שבע. מדינה יכולה בקלות שיהיה בה יותר מאזור מרכזי אחד, גם אם היא קטנה. בשווייץ יש לפחות 4 אזורי מרכז שונים (ציריך, ז'נבה, בזל, ברן).

והדיון פה הוא ממש לא על זה אבל- מג'דל כרום קיימת אולי 130 שנה, כנ"ל ראמה ודיר אל אסד. רובם הגיעו לשם בעקבות ההתרחבות של המסחר באזור (בנו את נמל חיפה, עכו גדלה) אבל התשובה שלי לא תשתנה גם אם הם היו שם מתקופת הכנענים. מה הם עשו עם הקרקע לפני לא מעניין אותי מהסיבה הפשוטה-המלחמה טרפה את הקלפים וגם מבתי היהודים באירופה צפון אפריקה חברון ומזרח ירושלים לא נשאר הרבה באותו זמן.יש אנשים שנפגעו בתקופה הזאת בכל העולם, וככה זה.
אני מציע לך לשאול את השכנים ממג'ד אל כרום למה באמת שימשה הקרקע שכרמיאל הוקמה עליה לפני שהיה בה בסיס צבאי.
בכל אופן יצא לי לעבוד כמה שנים בחיפה והיו עובדים שגרו בכרמיאל. אף אחד לא חשב שהם פחות טובים מכל אחד אחר. אם כבר סטראוטיפים, לחיפאים היו הרבה יותר כלפי תושבי הקריות. (למרות שרובם באו משם במקור).
ותמיד מעצבן אותי כשמדברים על "תל-אביבים". כמה מהאנשים שאתה מדבר עליהם הם באמת תל-אביבים במקור? או אפילו (כמוני…) מגוש דן? וכמה הגיעו לתל-אביב רק בשנות העשרים לחייהם בדיוק מהמקומות שאתה מדבר עליהם?
