הבה נבחן חשיפה של תכנים אירוטיים לילדים רכים בחברה שאינה מתחסדת, חברה מתירנית. כאן כמובן יש דרכים נוספות שבהם ילדים יכולים להחשף לתכנים כאלו מעצם ההגדרה של החברה כחופשית מאד בדעותיה ביחס אליהם. ניקח את הדוגמא הקיצונית ביותר של הורים המראים לילדיהם הרכים תוכן פורנוגרפי. מצד אחד זה מגוחך בדיוק כמו להציג תוכנית עסקית-כלכלית לילד באותו הגיל (אם כי במחשבה שנייה, אולי דווקא זה יכול להיות מאד מועיל בטווח הארוך בדיוק כמו הקניית כלים וכישורים מכל סוג שהוא כבר מגיל צעיר) אך לצורך העניין נבחן את המקרה. לשם מה ההורים עושים זאת? אולי כדי להראות לילדים שאין פסול במין. או אולי הם צופים בזה בסלון להנאתם שלהם והילדים נמצאים שם גם כן, במקרה.
הילדים לומדים מכך שאין פסול במין (שכן ההורים שלהם נוכחים באותו החדר איתם ומודעים לכך שהם צופים בזה, והם אינם נוזפים בהם ואולי הם אף בכוונה מציגים להם זאת), שזאת לא פעילות שצריך להתבייש בה או אשר ×”×™× ×” חטא או אינה מוסרית. ייתכן שהילדים יחקו את מה שהם רואים דרך משחק, כפי שהם מחקים התנהגויות אנושיות אחרות במשחקים כמו רופא וחולה, שוטרים וגנבים, ואלוהים יודע מה. כך או כך, משחקים כמו רופא וחולה משמשים לשם חקירה מינית של גוף הילד ושל הזולת. עיינתי במספר אתרים אודות משחקי “רופא וחולה”. כולם ציינו שאין להעניש או לכעוס כאשר תופסים ילד באמצע משחק החוקר מיניות, אבל כולם ציינו שיש לומר בעדינות לילד שמה שפרטי הוא פרטי, ולנסות למשוך את תשומת ליבם מהמשחק לפעילות אחרת, ולהסביר שאין להראות את ערומך לאנשים אחרים. ואני שואל את עצמי, מדוע? איזה פונקציה יש לבושה בחברה האנושית? ברור שיש כאן פשוט חזרה על מוסכמות חברתיות ללא שום מחשבה. מעניין שהאתרים שבדקתי ציינו את התקופה בה קיימת אותה התעניינות אינטנסיבית בגוף היא בין הגילאים 2-5, או 2-7. וכשאני חושב על ×–×” אני נזכר כיצד בתקופת הגן בנים ובנות נטו יותר להתערבב אחד עם השני ולקיים אינטראקציות, בעוד שבתקופת בית-ספר הייתה התפלגות ברורה בין בנים ובנות, וכל יצירת קשר עם המין השני הייתה בגדר טאבו חברתי, עד לתקופה של ההתבגרות המינית, בה החלו ניסיונות זהירים לקשרים חברתיים גם עם המין הנגדי. סביבות הגיל 5-7 הם השנים בהם מתחילה מה שפרויד ×›×™× ×” כתקופת החביון, המתאפיינת באדישות מינית. ואני תוהה איזה משקל יש לתרבות ליצירת אותה תקופה של הכחשה מינית. אם ההורים והחברה לא היו מגדירים את העירום כפסול, אם לא הייתה קיימת אותה בושה, האם אותה תקופת חביון לא הייתה מתקיימת וילדים היו ממשיכים להיות מיניים מהופעת הדחפים הראשוניים ועד לחייהם כמבוגרים? כמו כן, תקופת החביון מתאפיינת על ידי פסיכולוגים כתקופה בה קיימת התפתחות של כישורים ושל לימוד. עד כמה הקשר בין התרבות המערבית, על התפתחותה הטכנולוגית לאורך השנים, ובין בושה מעירום, חזק? אנו מקשרים צניעות וחסידות עם תרבות, אך לכאורה אין קשר הכרחי בין התפתחות מחשבתית וטכנולוגית לבין בושה (למעשה, אני חושב שישנו דווקא קשר הפוך, ואני מקווה לעיין בנושא בעתיד). כל מיני שבטים באפריקה, אוקיאנייה, אמריקה ואיפה לא, התהלכו בעירום, אך לא התפתחו טכנולוגית כמעט כלל. האם יש קשר הכרחי בין שני הדברים? אך מה היא מקורה של מסורת הבושה הזו, ואיפה ומתי צמחה הגבלת הגיל? אמנות פורנוגרפית הייתה קיימת משחר ההיסטוריה; לצד ציורי המערות אשר הציגו בני-אדם צדים חיות, היו גם ציורים התיארו בני-אדם בזמן משגל. כדרות של תרבויות שונות, ביניהם היוונים, תיארו סצינות אירוטיות. קירות בתי-בושת בפומפאי גם הציגו תמונות שכאלו. הבושה מעירום ומפעילות מינית איננה נחלת כל התרבויות בכל הזמנים. נראה לי שבמערב, הגורם הדומיננטי ביותר שהביא לדיכוי מיני היה הדת. ביהדות יש לנו כבר את הסצינה בתורה של אדם וחווה אשר פותחים פתאם את עיניהם וחשים בעירומם לאחר אכילת עץ הדעת (מטוב ורע) וחוקי צניעות כאלה ואחרים (או שזה בא מאוחר יותר?). הנצרות, אשר התפשטה עד סוף המאה הרביעית לכלל אירופה, הביאה איתה את הדיכוי המיני. מעניין שטוקוגאווה יושימונה, שליט יפן מהמאה ה18, שנחשב בעיני אי אלו כשליט המוצלח ביותר משושלתו, אשר העביר רפורמות כלכליות וביטל את האיסור על ספרים זרים ובכך גרם לזרם של ספרות זרה להכנס לארצו, להתרגם, וליצור גם את הראנגקו או לימודי המערב, הוא גם זה שתחת שלטונו יצא חוק אשר החרים ספרים אירוטיים, החוק הראשון ביפן שבא לדכא אמנות פורנוגרפית (או שאולי הדיכוי המיני גם הוא יבוא מהמערב?). האם דיכוי מיני היה סוג של ניסיון לשליטה, של יצירת מרות? אין ספק שיש כאן ביטוי של כח, אך האם האיסור תרם לכוחו של השליט אשר הוציא מידו את החוק? או שאולי קיים עניין עמוק יותר אשר בגללו פורנוגרפיה ומין נתפסים כלא מוסריים, ואף פחות הולמים ילדים?

החוק הוא רע; הוא לא יעיל, הוא חודרני, הוא פוגע בחופש, ובאופן כללי הוא רודני. אבל כמו שאפשר להבין משאר המאמר שלי, גם אילו החוק היה יעיל, גם אילו לא היה פוגע בפרטיות, גם אז הייתי מתנגד אליו. הוא לא שומר ולא מיטיב עם הילדים של אף אחד. מגיע גיל בו ילדים נעשים סקרנים בכל מה שנוגע למין. אם יכולת החקירה שלהם תחסם במקום אחד, הסקרנות שלהם פשוט תנותב דרך אפיקים אחרים. אתרים פורנוגרפיים, לדעתי, הם דרך לא מזיקה כלל לחקירה שכזו, ולסיפוק דחפים כאלו ואחרים שמתפתחים אצל ילדים, ילדות, נערים ונערות. עדיף שנתיב האינטרנט יהיה חופשי ופתוח בפניהם, במקום שינסו לספק את סקרנותם ודחפיהם במקומות אחרים, שיכולים להיות גרועים ומסוכנים יותר.
מעבר לכך, אני מעז לדבר כנגד החוק המקובל יותר המגביל כל גישה אל פורנוגרפיה לגילאי 18 ומעלה. אף אחד מן הסתם לא מתמם וחושב שילדים לא יכולים, ובקלות רבה ממש, להניח את ידם על חומר פורנוגרפי. אבל אני מדבר על הגישה הכללית שרואה לנכון למנוע מילדים כל תוכן שכזה, כולל סיקול ונזיפה על כל ילד שנתפס עם חומר לא חוקי זה. מה אם הגבלת הגיל הזו לא הייתה מתקיימת? מה אם החברה לא הייתה נרתעת ממין כמו מאש (פה אני קצת מגזים, אבל בכל זאת)?
ניסיתי לדמיין את החברה הישראלית, אחרי שהורידו ממנה את הגבלת הגיל הזו, ובנוסף הורידו את החוק שמגביל כל הצגת חומר מהסוג הזה במרחב הציבורי. ילדים מסתובבים ומגיעים לבית-ספר עם חוברות פורנו. כאשר הסצינה הזו עולה בראשי, מייד יש לי הרגשה של רתיעה ושל גועל במובן מסויים. אבל זה אשמת ההרגלים, זה קורה רק משום שאני רגיל לכך שילדים לא אמורים להסתובב עם חוברות פורנו, בטח שלא בכיתות הלימוד שלהם. אבל למה לא, בעצם? זה יפריע להם בלימודים? סביר להניח שזה לא ירגש אותם יותר ממה שהם מתרגשים מהחזיונות בראשם. בין אם נרצה ובין אם לא, תוך 5-10 שנים המצב יהיה כזה גם ככה, כאשר כל ילד יסתובב עם אינטרנט בפלאפון ויוכל לגלוש לאיזה מרחבים שהוא רוצה, ולחצות כל גבול שהוא רואה לנכון. סביר להניח שמורים והורים והנהלה ינסו להלחם בתופעה, אך ללא הועיל. אבל אם יאפשרו לתופעה להתקיים במקום לדכא אותה, אולי התלמידים יהיו מרוכזים בשיעור במקום באיך-אני-עושה-את-זה-ואת-זה-בהפסקה-בלי-להתפס. לתכנן פשעים בוודאי מרגש יותר מרק בחורות, או בחורים. האם המתירנות הזו יכולה להוביל למיני הערות סקסיסטיות מפי הילדים, כלפי מורות למשל? לא נראה לי. ראשית, הם לא צריכים מתירנות שכזו בשביל להיות זבי חטם. ובכלל, ברגע שהפכנו את כל אותם הדברים הגסים ללא גסים (שהרי ברגע שהם מותרים, מקובלים, הם מאבדים את גסותם), הרי שהם מפסיקים להיות פוגעים ומאבדים גם את העוקץ והכח שלהם.
הדבר הבא שהתחלתי לדמיין ×–×” כיצד המרחב הציבורי מתמלא באותה “תועבה”, כיצד מכל כיוון שאני מביט אליו צצים אל עבר ×¢×™× ×™×™ זרגים מתעופפים ופינים מרקדים. ×–×” גם ×”×™×” מרתיע, לרגע אחד. אבל סך הכל, גם החיזיון ×”×–×” לא נראה לי נורא בכלל. גם אינני בטוח שאם ברגע שיאפשרו להציג עירום במרחב הציבורי אז בהכרח המרחב יתמלא בו. סך הכל, היום לפרסומות יש ניסיונות למתוח את גבול המותר, להיות פרובוקטיביים; ברגע שיהיה חופש מוחלט, שוב, נאבד העוקץ והעניין. דוגמנים ערומים לחלוטין לא יכולים לפרסם בגדים. אולי רק הנעלה. וכובעים. וצעיפים. 6. החוק אמנם חל על כלל האוכלוסיה, אך למבגורים יש אפשרות לבטל את השירות, בעוד שלקטינים אין ברירה. מעבר לכך, מן הסתם ברוב הבתים בהם קיים אינטרנט, הוא רשום על חשבון אחד ההורים, כך ששוב, לקטינים אין מילה בנושא אלא דרך שכנוע ההורים.

8. כאן אני מתנצל על כך שאחת ההנחות המובלעות במאמר הזה הייתה שגברים, בכל גיל שהוא, הם הצרכנים והדורשים העיקריים או הבלעדיים של פורנוגרפיה. בין אם זה נכון ובין אם לא (ואולי זה עניין תרבותי, אבל מי יודע), לא הייתה כאן מגמה מכוונת, וזה נבע בין השאר מהקושי שבלהכניס את שמות הזכר ושמות הנקבה בכל מקרה ודוגמא.
