The Jerusalem District Court ordered the Police to pay compensations of 10,000 NIS to right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir for an unlawful arrest and detention in Hebron in 2005.

Security forces arrested Muhammad Dirbas, a 6 year-old resident of the village of al-Issawiya in northern East Jerusalem.  Only after being questioned for four hours was the boy’s grandfather allowed to collect him from the police station.

Israeli artist Dror Feiler intends to file a complaint in the police and press charges in a class action about abduction, unlawful detention, abuse, and armed robbery. Feiler, who lives in Sweden, was one of the members of the Swedish delegation on the flotilla from Greece to Gaza, and he claims that among the items stolen from him are a saxophone and video cameras (Hebrew).
