Shmuel Eliyahu, Safed municipal rabbi, was summoned for police interrogation on suspicion of racist incitement following the rabbis’ letter, which prohibits renting apartments to non-Jews. Rabbi Eliyahu declared that he does not intend to come to the interrogation.
