An indictment has been served in Tel-Aviv’s District Court against Haim Mula for the charges of arson and malicious damage after he allegedly threw molotov cocktails into homes in which foreign nationals from Africa live in Tel-Aviv’s Shapira neighborhood. (JPost)

Two Palestinian teenagers from Shuafat charged with throwing a Molotov cocktail, to which they admitted, were detained for three months and then released today without condition when it turned out that no Molotov cocktail had been thrown on the day of the alleged incident and the Border Police officer who incriminated the teenagers was not on duty at the time.

Settlers set fire to three vehicles, sprayed grafitti on a mosque and shattered vases and tiles in a plant nursery in the Palestinian village of Deir Istiya. In Jalazun settlers broke a tractor’s window and threw stones and Molotov cocktails towards the village houses; one Palestinian was hurt. Settlers also threw stones at Palestinian vehicles in the Shilo area; one Palestinian was wounded and several vechicles damaged. These acts are claimed to be in response to the evacuation of Gal Aryeh, Gal Yoseph, and Mitzpe Avichai outposts.
