The Israel National Labor Court determined that Regional Court Justice Sarah Meiri acted in violation of the law when she took sides in a case she adjudicated and ruled in opposition to the facts and while ignoring the rulings of the National Labor Court on appeals lodged in the framework of the case.

Israel National Labor Court accepted the State’s request, and issued an injunction against the hundreds of medical interns, who had resigned in protest of the agreement signed between the Ministry of Finance and the Medical Association. This is despite the interns’ personal letters of resignation, submitted over a month ago, according to the requirements of the Court.
