Eitan Ozeri, has stated in an interview that soldiers should be allowed to leave ceremonies in which women are singing if such singing is offensive to them.  Ozeri also called settlement removal a “landmine” in the relationship between the Army and the students of the Hesder Yeshivas.  He stated that “the Army should be wise enough not to tread in areas about which there is great controversy.”
