Yaron Klab, a settler from Mitzpe Avihai who was arrested on suspicion of spying on the IDF and released by the court, has been issued an administrative restraining order expelling him from the West Bank for 6 months.

Twelve residents of Yitzhar, Hebron and other communities received administrative restraining orders from the West Bank or Yitzhar, for periods ranging from six months to a year. This is because the Shin Bet had information about a group of radical activists who were involved in the last two years in leading and performing extensive violent actions against Palestinians.

The police has recently informed ‘Adnan Jeith, a Palestinian activist residing in Silwan in Eastern Jerusalem, that the Home Command General, Yair Golan, intends to issue an administrative restraining order against him, which will forbid him from entering Jerusalem for four months. It is estimated that Jeith’s removal would be argued as a “security reasons”, due to intelligence noting that the continued presence of the Jeith in the neighborhood will lead to a fear to public safety.
