The bill proposing to limit donations to human rights organizations has been revised so that it will deny fundraising by organizations calling for conscientious objection or a boycott of Israel.  Other organizations will need to undergo a hearing in front of the Knesset’s Finance Committee and get the approval of the Minister of Finance in order to avoid being taxed on their donations.
