The High Court of Justice prohibited the operation of sewage purification plant in Ofra, because it was built on private Palestinian land. The decision was made following a petition filed by residents of the Palestinian village of Ein-Yabrud through the organization “Yesh Din”. During the hearings, the State told the Court that there were failures in the procedure to establish the institute, and that it was built without the required permits, and on Palestinian land.
