A Finance Ministry representative said during a discussion of the Knesset Committee for Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Affairs that the ministry plans to increase the rent paid by the elderly, the disabled and the Holocaust refugees, to about 10% of their income, compared to the 8% they currently pay.
