In response to a petition to the High Court of Justice against the construction of a sewage purification facility serving the settlement of Ofra and constructed on private Palestinian Law, the state argues that although the construction of the facility was illegal and criminal proceedings have been initiated against the head of municipality who approved it, it should be left in place because of the great financial investment that has already been put into its construction.
