The Supreme Court sharply criticized the handling of illegal construction in the Occupied West Bank. In the course of hearing the appeal by Yesh Din over the demolition of two structures  built on privately-owned Palestinian land near Beth El, Chief Justice Dorit Beinish said to the representatives for the State: “Priorities are a magic word. They were never put into operation. Where do those priorities you are talking about exist?”
