Emanuel Arbib, a real estate developer, is accused of transferring almost one million shekels to Zvi Bar, Mayor of Ramat Gan, so that the latter would advance a real estate project in which his company had an interest.

The State Attorney intends to indict Ramat Gan Mayor Zvi Bar, suspected to have taken over two million Shekels in bribes from five real estate developers in the cities of Ramat Gan and Tel Aviv, between 2003 and 2008. Indictment will be served subject to a hearing.
