Two brothers from an unrecognized Bedouin village in the Negev confessed to a plan to prepare rockets and shoot them at targets within Israel. An IDF soldier and another man, both Jewish, were arrested on suspicion of supplying the brothers with materiel stolen from the army, in exchange for drugs.

A religious weekly bulletin, ”In love and faith”, distributed in hundreds of synagogues, published a picture of the Fogel family, murdered in the settlement of Itamar, but blurred the face of the mother of the family, Ruth Fogel, for modesty reasons. The bulletin is published by the “Meir Institute”, which has a policy of refraining from publishing images of women.

A number of eyewitnesses claimed that a few young Jews stabbed an Arab in Ashdod last Thursday, following the attack on the road to Eilat.

Eilat police officer has been suspended after he posted on the web a presentation summarizing the attacks in Eilat, with a picture of one of the Arabs killed in the action. According to Southern District Police spokesman, making the presentation was in violation of the directives and guidelines of secrecy.
