Tel-Aviv-Yaffo municipality summoned a local high school prinicipal to a hearing pending  dismissal, at the request of the Ministry of Education.  Ram Cohen, principal of the city’s Aleph High School of the Arts, published a political opinion piece in Haaretz. (Haaretz)

Two senior employees of Tel-Aviv-Yaffo municipality have been arrested on suspicion of disclosing information on municipal tenders to the Museli crime syndicate and promoting employees loyal to the syndicate.

The Tel-Aviv-Yaffo municipality is targeting businesses owned by asylum seekers.  Among the complaints by business owners are the provision of forms only in Hebrew, illegal confiscation of equipment and supplies and business closure without warning.
