In Beit She’an, a police officer took over some of his neighbor’s land and falsely arrested him during the dispute that erupted between the two. The judges who rejected the officer’s appeal on the verdict expressed surprise at the Police Investigation Unit having closed the case despite having documentation of the false arrest.
