Na’al Abu Aram, a Palestinian shepherd who was tending to his herd a few hundred meters from the Avigail outpost in the south Mt. Hebron area was attacked by the outpost’s security officer, as IDF soldiers look on.

Last Monday, the civil administration was about to demolish a school, a hot house, five residential tents, five residential buildings and two solar systems located in Fakhit and Jinba villages in south Hebron, despite a court order forbidding the demolition. At the final moment lawyers from the Rabbis for Human Rights organization managed to inform the civil administration of the court order and prevent the demolition.

Military and Security Forces: 29 October, 2010
The Israeli military delayed the entry into Israel of Palestinian children from Umm Al-Heir in South Hebron (Hebrew). The children were supposed to take part in the Children and Youth Film Festival at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque. In protests, the group left the check-point. According to the Liaison For Government Actions in the [Occupied Palestinian] Territories, the delay took no longer than ten minutes.
