The police is claiming Samir Bani Fadil, a Palestinian Sheppard from Majdal Bani Fadil village, who complained settlers set his sheep on fire, caused the death of 12 of them, and badly wounded 17 other sheep, has lied, and formed a false complaint. Military court, discussing the false complaint accusation, did not agree with the police decision about the lie, and ordered them to close the case regarding the false complaint. The case dealing with setting Bani Fadil’s sheep on fire has not yet been reopened.
