According to the Movement for the Quality of Government, The Social Guard, Adam Teva VeDin, Shatil, Atidenu, and A.L.A., the Government is acting in violation of the law by not publishing the 2013 budget as a bill proposal in the Knesset by November 3rd.

83% of women in Tel-Aviv have been sexually harassed at least once in their life, according to a survey conducted by the Tel-Aviv Municipal Committee for the Advancement of the Status of Women, together with the Association of Rape Crisis Centers, the Shatil organization, and the Israeli Hollaback website.
