District court justice Rivka Friedman-Feldman criticized a decision by the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court to extend the detention of two residents of the outpost Esh Kodesh by 3 days.  Magistrate’s Court Justice Tamar Ben-Asher Tsaban decided to hold the deliberation in the matter even though the detainee’s attorney was not present and without offering the accused a public attorney.
