The Justice Ministry’s Police Investigation Unit has filed two indictments against three Border Policemen who are accused of violence against Palestinians in two separate cases, and conspiracy to cover up their actions.  Border Policemen Omri Cohen and Danny Abara are accused of attacking a Palestinian who complained about a body search they conducted on him, and of lodging a false report of the incident, claiming the Palestinian man attacked them.  Moshe Lama is charged with breaking the pelvis of a Palestinian labourer.
