The Justice Ministry’s Police Investigations Department has filed an indictment against a policeman charged with an attempted sexual harassment of a 13 year old girl.

Internal Security: December 18, 2012

The Shai District Police has filed an indictment against a minor for allegedly assaulting a police officer, even though one of the officers who was an eyewitness of the incident claims there was no assault.  The Police retracted the indictment only after a judge forced it to hand over the officer’s disciplinary record, which includes four investigations for violence. Closed Society: January 6, 2012

A minor resident of the Jewish settlement in Hebron was arrested last night on suspicion of assault of a Palestinian in the city.  He was released on bail and was issued a restraining order from Palestinian shops throughout the West Bank.
