A petition filed with the Central District Court claims that complaints by prisoners filed with the complaints officer of the Ministry of Internal Security’s ombudsman, are rejected without examination, and then procedures are opened against the prisoners for filing false complaints.

Minister of Internal Security, Yitzhak Aharonovich (Yisrael Beitenu), decided that police undercover units posing as Arabs will only be used against Arabs, and will no longer be used in law enforcement operations against Jews.

The Justice and Internal Security Ministries have circulated to all government ministries a bill proposal which would allow police officers to break into homes or any other building without a warrant, in case of a reasonable suspicion that a loud noise emanates from the property.
