Police: June 9, 2011
A confrontation broke out between the Oz unit officers and Freudor Kitate, a diplomat from the Embassy of Congo, in the Hatikva neighborhood in Tel – Aviv. The Ambassador, Marcel Makangu, said that the officers did not accept the diplomatic certificate presented to them by Mr. Kitate and ordered him to present a passport. The Population and Migration Authority reported that Kitate refused to identify himself and cursed the inspectors.
