The charge of incitement to violence has been removed from the indictment of Shimon Siman-Tov, one of the suspects of the lynch in Jerusalem’s Zion Square.

Settlers and Settlements: June 2, 2012
An IDF inquiry found that teenagers from Yitzhar tied up and hit a Palestinian man shot by one of the members of the settlement’s emergency squad. A senior officer with the Judea and Samaria Division said that the justification for shooting was a borderline case – the Palestinian carried a knife but was too far away from the settlers to present a clear and immediate threat.

Unknown persons smashed the windows of a Palestinian vehicle parked last Saturday in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Occupied East Jerusalem. The Kol Hayehudi site claims that this is in response to an attempt to lynch Jews in the Abu Tor neighborhood.
