Dr. Michal Dachoach Halevi, a senior executive in the local government unit of the state comptroller and ombudsman, claims that a grave state comptroller report she composed was not published because of a credit dispute. According to her, her superior Tamar Menes decided to bury the report in order to harm her professional reputation.
