Hamza Haloub, an 18 year old Palestinian man, was was shot and seriously injured by an IDF force. Palestinians report that Haloub was injured in the abdomen by live ammunition fired by soldiers on patrol in west Tulkarem, near the Jashouri factories. An Israeli army spokeswoman said soldiers fired at two Palestinians hurling firebombs at security forces in the area, according to standard operating procedures. (Maan News Agency)

A young Palestinian was shot and killed by IDF forces in the South Hebron Hills.  According to Palestinian sources, the youth was en route to work in Israel and was attempting to evade an army patrol. (Jerusalem Post)

Two soldiers were video-taped firing live bullets at Palestinian youths throwing stones near road 356 in the West Bank, even though none of the soldiers’ lives were in danger and their position granted them a significant advantage over the youths.  One of the youths was injured during the incident.
