The documentary film “Rule of Law,” which examins the IDF’s judicial system in the West Bank from a critical point of view, was not approved by the IDF Spokesman unit to be screened for officials in the Military Courts unit.

According to the agreement reached on the removal of the illegal outpost of Migron, the settlement will be rebuilt approximately 2 km south of its current location.  This will mark the first time in years that a new settlement is built with full approval in  the West Bank.

The High Court of Justice approved a construction plan that would legalize illegal construction in the settlement of Talmon in Judea and Samaria.  The Justices stated that since the construction plan is much more comprehensive than the simple legalization of a specific building, there is no call for not approving it.
