Four youths have been arrested on suspicion of forming a conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor after walking through Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem and asking shop owners if they employ only Jewish workers. According to the Honenu association the police refused to state which misdemeanor they were planning to commit.
