According to Investigative Military Police’s investigation, a few other officers besides Lieutenant Colonel Shalom Eisner – who was filmed hitting a Danish activist in the face using his rifle, unprovoked, during a West Bank protest – acted with unnecessary violence during the protest and damaged protesters’ belongings without any reason.

Investigative Military Police is investigating suspicions of abuse, after pictures of a soldier pointing a rifle at a blindfolded Palestinian’s head were found on the soldier’s cellular phone. The phone also contained videos of children holding their hands up, then on their heads, then on their shoulders, on orders, as instructed by a popular Hebrew children’s song.

Investigative Military Police has recently launched an investigation against two soldiers on reserve duty, under the suspicion that they defied regulations by opening fire at an Israeli vehicle which was trying to break through a military barrier near Hebron, last January.
