Settlers and Settlements: March 13, 2013
Settlers from the outpost Ramat Migron assaulted Palestinians who were cultivating land located in the outpost. According to non-profit “Honenu”, police officers who were called to the scene arrested and assaulted a pregnant settler from the outpost. (Arutz 7)

Judiciary: January 3, 2013
District court justice Rivka Friedman-Feldman criticized a decision by the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court to extend the detention of two residents of the outpost Esh Kodesh by 3 days. Magistrate’s Court Justice Tamar Ben-Asher Tsaban decided to hold the deliberation in the matter even though the detainee’s attorney was not present and without offering the accused a public attorney.

Minister of Justice Yaakov Neeman, advised right-wing activists and the Honenu organization about how to submit pardon requests for Jews who were convicted for criminal and terrorist activity, in order to advance the approval of the requests.

Four youths have been arrested on suspicion of forming a conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor after walking through Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem and asking shop owners if they employ only Jewish workers. According to the Honenu association the police refused to state which misdemeanor they were planning to commit.
