The request of TV Channel 10 to postpone the payments of its debt has been rejected, after the Government imposed “coalition discipline” in the voting at a Knesset Economic Affairs Committee session. Yesterday Channel 10 officials claimed  that they received messages from aids to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, which said that Channel 10 would receive financial assistance to help hit survive, if they fire the reporter Raviv Drucker.

Journalist Keren Neubach was ousted from hosting the TV programme “Second Glance” on Channel 1. In addition, Mirit Hushmand, who is the producer of Neubach’s Monday radio show “Agenda”,  on radio channel Bet, was summoned for a hearing before dismissal.

Broadcasting Authority workers claimed in a session with the Press Council, that the Prime Minister’s office called Channel One TV in the evening of the 300 thousand rally of the Tents Protest, and demanded that the reporters and anchors stop reporting the number of demonstrators throughout the country.
