A preliminary investigation found that police volunteers who conducted afcar chase in the streets of Kfar Saba after a vehicle that did not stop for inspection were operating in violation of their authority. The incidence resulted in the death of car passenger Eden Musai and the critical injury of the driver, Or Harush.
