Right-wing members of the Knesset are planning to table a series of laws to strengthen and expand settlements and outposts when the Knesset reconvenes for its summer session in two weeks. Among the draft laws are the “Regularization Law,” legalizing Jewish settlement on private Palestinian land in Migron and other outposts; the “Natural Expansion Law,” requiring the Minister of Defense to allow settlement expansion as part of natural population growth; and another draft law limiting the times of day at which authorities will be allowed to exercise eviction orders.
