Chairman of the Central Election Committee, Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, informed media outlets who conduct polls of his intention to report to the Attorney General, Yehuda Weinstein, about media outlets who do not comply with the law and submit the full poll results, including the questions asked, to the Central Election Committee. In his letter he reports that only two polls have been submitted, and only after the request of a certain political party.

The chairman of the Central Elections Committee, Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, warned MK Haim Katz (Likud), who is also the chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries’ Labour Union, against using the resources of IAI for his Likud primaries campaign.
Furthermore, a special ballot box was placed in Moshav Hadid, for IAI employees to vote in the primaries during their workday, with ushers distributing lists of favored candidates.

High Court Justice Elyakim Rubinstein issued a temporary injunction to stop construction and prevent habitation of a house in the village of Al-Dirat in Mt. Hebron – but in fact the house wasn’t just being built, it had been lived in since 1993. The injunction was based on false information given by settler association Regavim. (Haaretz)
