Mahmoud Qaraeen, a Palestinian member of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI), was summoned to talk to a Shabak investigator at the Shalem police station in Jerusalem. Qaraeen was questioned about his life and work although he was not suspected of any specific crime, and the questioning was unrelated to any ongoing investigation.
