Despite the fact that the right wing demonstration against “Arabs palling around with minor girls” in Ashkelon was postponed due to the weather, Baruch Marzel came to the city, to talk with residents. He says “our protest is mainly against the Bedouins who live in Ashkelon, but also against the Arabs and the refugees from Sudan and Eritrea. The residents here don’t want hostile residents. They don’t want innocent girls to be trapped by people who pose as Jews and trap them cunningly.” Deputy Mayor Shimon Cohen said that “Ashkelon has terrible and most shocking cases, where upper-class girls fall into traps set by those villains. Caution against minorities should be inculcated at the beginning of high school, if not earlier.”

About 200 right-wing activists demonstrated in the center of Bat Yam, shouting anti-Arab slogans. One of the demonstrators mounted the podium and said “every Jewish woman who goes out with an Arab must die; every Jew who sells his house to an Arab must die”. The right-wing demonstration was titled “We want a Jewish Bat Yam”. Among the demonstrators were the extreme right wing activists Baruch Marzl and Itamar Ben Gvir. One of the speakers said: “We are not racists, we’re simply Jews. We taught the nations tolerance and humanity. Fie on the mouth that says we’re racists. The Arabs come and take our girls, we’ll say no to that”. (Hebrew)
