Four Palestinian youths, residents of Silwan in East Jerusalem, were arrested on suspicion that they attacked three Jews in Gai Ben Hinom in Jerusalem and lightly wounded them. Adv Mohammed Mahmoud who represents the suspects, said that policemen attacked some of the arrested youths who were hospitalized following the arrest. The police claims that the cops were attacked.

D., a young yeshiva student who studies in Hadera, was attackd by two residents of the town. One of the suspects, who was later arrested, admitted they attacked D. because they hate religious people.

Military and Security Forces: December 9, 2011
According to Palestinian sources, one man was killed and 25 injured during an IDF attack on the Gaza Strip. The slain man is a 42 year old civilian, and several members of his family, including his five children, were injured in the attack. Seven of the victims are in critical condition.

According to Palestinian sources at Aqraba village near Nablus, two settlers attacked a Palestinian tractor driver near the Itamar settlement. The settlers set fire to the tractor after the driver escaped.

Military and Security Forces: 25 August 2010
Abdallah Abu Rhame, Chair of the Bil’in Grassroots Committee, was convicted of incitement and of organizing illegal demonstrations against the separation wall. Abu Rahme was acquitted of the charges of throwing stoens and possessing weapons materials.
The Yesh Din organization appealed to the Supreme Court demanding to require the Chief Military Prosecutor to initiate a criminal investigation against two soldiers who allegedly shot two Palestinians in the village of Awarta, in the Nablus district. The region was initially declared as an attempt to carry out a “pitchfork attack”, but according to the organization: “military persons admitted that the nature of the incident was not as unequivocal as had been described by the soliders. Two weeks after the incident Central Command Chief Avi Mizrahi admitted that the results of the Awarta incident were ‘difficult’”.
