Following a petition filed by Palestinians demanding the demolition of four structures built in the outpost of Sde Boaz without permits, as well as an access road which was built on their land, the Gush Etzion Regional Council submitted a false afidavit to the High Court, claiming that the illegal structures were already inhabited, and therefore a stop work order could not be issued by the court. The new access road being paved to the settlement of Alei Zahav in Samaria passes through privately owned Palestinian land.  The State is disputing a stop work petition filed in the High Court of Justice.  According to the construction plan 700 housing units will be built in the settlement, tripling its population.
