A Palestinian from the Nablus area filed a complaint with the Civil Administration about Ma’ale Ephraim settlers, who chased him from the field where he had been with his sheep, and then burned the sheep. His claims, which are corroborated by B’Tselem, that 12 of the sheep burned to death and another five were badly hurt. (Hebrew)
