Data collected by the Advah Center demonstrates that gaps are widening in high school graduation eligibility between “established” Jewish towns and the Development Towns and Arab sector towns. The data shows a 6.9% drop in high school graduation eligibility in Development Towns over five years, and a 7.8% drop in Arab towns. In contrast, the high school graduation eligibility has hardly changed over this period. (Hebrew)
