The settlers who will be evicted from Givat HaUlpana, a neighborhood in the settlement of Beit El, will be housed in mobile homes erected without building permits, after Deputy Attorney General Mike Balas waived the need for permits citing “urgent military requirements.” (Ha’aretz)
