An indictment has been served in the Tel-Aviv Juvenile Court against eleven minors who are charged with assaulting foreign nationals in Tel-Aviv. According to the indictment, the accused organized in order to commit violent acts against the foreign nationals, based on their ethnic and national background. (Haaretz)
