Three weeks after being disqualified as a candidate for the position of Commander of the Israel Prison Service due to inappropriate relations with a female officer, Gundar (Major-General) Eli Gabizon took part in a committee which approved the promotion of the same officer to a senior position in the Israel Prison Service.
