Settlers and Settlements: March 19, 2012
The UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) report found that settlers have taken over about 30 Palestinian fountains in the West Bank, turned some of them into tourist attractions and are limiting Palestinian access to them.
