Seven years after the fake awarding of Rabbi diplomas to thousands of soldiers and police officers, none of the military officers involved in the affair was indicted. This fact was revealed during a discussion of a motion to the High Court of Justice by dozens of soldiers who claimed they were entitled to salary benefits for their Rabbinate studies.
