Internal Security: September 9, 2011
An attorney [with an Arabic name] called the police emergency number after being stabbed to complain and call for help, but although he waited for a long time the police did not come to assist him. When he called again, the receptionist said he can come to the station to lodge a complaint in person. The third time he called a police officer said he was bothering them, and that the man could hire private bodyguards if he was worried about being assaulted again.
