The Administration of Population and Immigration deported a foreign national, while the Supreme Court was discussing his case. The man was imprisoned for two years in the Ktzi’ot prison, and a Border Control officer stated that he ”suffers from earache and was hearing impaired, as a direct result of abuse.” A Supreme Court petition was filed to apply for his release on humanitarian grounds, but he was deported to Ethiopia, without informing the court or his lawyers.
