Regional Labor Court in Jerusalem ruled that family members from East Jerusalem are not entitled to the status of Israeli residents, due to the fact that the border between Israel and the Palestinian Authority divides their house so that 65% of it is on the PA side. The decision will cost the family the loss of health insurance and social security.
